About This Project

“Autostrada-Transylvania Highway” project, which has been undertaken by BECHTEL-ENKA JV., is one of the mega infrastructural projects in Europe with a contract price exceeding billions of dollars between Romania’s Brasov and Bors cities with a total length of 415 km. Experts of Loop Consulting Group have undertaken and provided the required support on the following issues at the planning and monitoring stages of the construction management within the scope of the “Autostrada-Transylvania Highway” project;
Time Estimates, Preparing Baseline Work Schedules (Level-4), Linear Scheduling (Preparing and Updating Marth Chart Diagram), Human Resource and Machine-Equipment Resource Planning, Updating Work Schedule, Determination of Progress Measuring System, Monitoring Work Schedule Performance, Earned Value Analysis.
“Oracle Primavera Profesyonel P6 and Lineer Planlama” software programs were used actively and effectively in the planning and monitoring stages of the “Autostrada-Transylvania Highway” project.
