Primavera Contract Management, a software of Oracle Corporation, is a project management program developed to effectively manage cost, the progress payment, design, presentation, change and documentation processes for investors, contractors and subcontractors who want to keep the project profitable under today’s tight competitive conditions, prepare project budget and cash flows, and control them under tight discipline.
Construction projects require a great deal of time and capital, so if the projects are to be completed within budget requirements, effective skills for construction cost management are required. In order to reduce costs and increase the profitability, the investors increasingly want to integrate the latest innovations into their projects. Each construction project has natural opportunities, advantages, risks and hidden hazards that can directly affect an investor’s profits.
Making the budget and cash flow studies for the future revenue and cost forecasts is very important in terms of increasing the effectiveness of the company’s equity use and also allowing the operating profits of the company to be used in the proper areas without waiting for the end of the project.
