About This Project

The “DEWA Desalination Plant Evaporation Boilers” project is an industrial project of which the main contractor is Fisia Italimpianti S.p.A. company. The project has been realized within the investment plan of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority. Experts in the Loop Consulting Group have undertaken responsibilities and provided the required support on the following issues especially in the various stages of construction management, such as claims management, temporal impact, financial impact, dispute resolution of the “DEWA Desalination Plant Evaporation Boilers” project, which is subcontracted by Inco International Fz. Co. LLC within the scope of ancillary units (Structural and Secondary Steel Manufacturing and Installation, Mechanical Works);
Determination of the Disputes, Review of the Correspondence, Time Impact Analysis, Cost Impact Analysis, Duration Extension Assessments and Requests, Window Analysis, Measured Mile Analysis, Critical Path Method Analysis, Work Schedule Delay Analysis, Change Management, Determination of Supporting Documents, Preparing-Discussing, and Resolution of Claims.
